It’s so normal to struggle in your search for clarity and happiness. Our fast-paced world makes it hard to catch our breath and find time to soothe the parts of ourselves that need attention.

Our work will focus on shedding light on what’s working well for you and what’s not, and using your intuition as a guide in making shifts toward wellbeing. We’ll use an integrative, research-based approach that includes cognitive, mindfulness, and body-focused techniques.
